Uganda Safaris Bwindi Impenetrable/Queen Elizabeth/Lake Mburo
DAY1: Visitors leave Kampala travelling southwest towards Kasese town. We reach the park early afternoon in time for lunch. Mid afternoon, we set out on a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes Edward and George.safari clothing Here we will be greeted to an amazing display of abundant bird life around Mweya, more than 600 in all, and what is thought to be the highest concentration of hippos in the entire African continent. We will then return to our hotel for some chilled soft drinks and dinner.
 DAY2: We set out early in the morning after breakfast and go on a game drive in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes etc. We visit the Ishasa sector famous for it's tree climbing lions. We have an excellent chance to view just about every animal here at very close range. We return for lunch and a short rest. Mid afternoon, we set out to visit the bat caves and hunters caves where we will be sure to see some of the large snakes like the python and cobra. We return to our hotel for dinner and overnight rest. DAY3: WE set off early in the morning and head towards the Kyambura wildlife reserve. Here we will be able to track the chimpanzee in the tropical rain forest. We hike into the Kyambura river gorge as we search for the chimps.gorilla tours The beautiful river valley is home to many species of birds and butterflies. We return to our hotel for dinner and overnight rest.
 DAY4: We set out early morning driving through beautiful savannah grasslands as we head towards the breathtaking adventures of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park . We relax mid morning as we take in the majesty of our surroundings. After lunch, we go guided tours looking for the many bird species available here. More than 23 different species of birds have been sighted here. We return to the camp to get plenty of rest for the day ahead. DAY 5: After breakfast, we proceed for the morning briefing before we embark on one of the most exhilarating experiences in life.Gorilla Tracking We go on a Gorilla trek which may last the entire day. These gentle giants are highly endangered and anyone suffering even the slightest of ailments including a cough will not be allowed to go this trek. A cough in front of these giants could the trigger the most unexpected reaction. When the gorillas are sighted, visitors will be guided to within 6 metre of them and visitors will be allowed to sit around these animals for a whole hour gazing into their big round eyes.Uganda safari These giants are so powerful and can sometimes weigh up to 250kilos. Pictures with non flash zoom lens are allowed to be taken. We return to the camp longing for a good night's rest.

Uganda Safaris Murchison Falls, Kibale, Semliki Valley, Queen Elizabeth & Lake Mburo National Parks

   DAY 1: Semliki Valley Wildlife Reserve is also home to a variety of Wildlife- elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, duiker, Uganda Kob, forest hog,Uganda safaris  Warthog, Vervet monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, Colobus monkeys and over three hundred species of birds. Semliki has a number of trails, both for driving and walking. The trails in the forest are ideal for Chimpanzee tracking, as they are currently being habituated through a joint project between Semliki Safari Lodge and the University of Indiana's Anthropology Department. Semliki Safari Lodge has two fishing boats and the trip on Lake Albert is incredible - the escarpment, streaked with waterfalls, plunges from dazzling heights straight into the lake. Here one can catch Nile Perch, Tiger fish or Tilapia. Do not forget the shore of Lake Albert is the home of the Shoebill Stork. A prehistoric looking bird which if spotted, the trip is worth everything. Dinner and Overnight at Semiliki Safari Lodge/Camping.

 DAY 2: Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park following the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range for much of the journey. A game drives enroute you may be rewarded with views of Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Hyena and a variety of Antelope species.gorilla safari Enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water's edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species.  DAY 3: Two game drives today. Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forests, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park; with the massive Rwenzoris as a backdrop provide excellent opportunities to see Lion, Leopard, Giant Forest Hog, Cape buffalo, Elephants, Defassa Waterbuck, Uganda Kob, Topi and Bushbuck.Uganda hotels  These two game drives and the boat trip (taken prior) are a memorable method of discovering a vast array of Ugandan wildlife.  DAY 4: After an early breakfast, you will be collected from your hotel and drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Enter the Park through the Ishasha gate. Afternoon game drive along the Lakeshore track. With its own system of game trails and cleared walkways the "Kigambara Loop" offers interesting guided lakeside walks. Find here herds of Zebra, Cape buffalo and Eland. Oribi and Topi are easily approached. Along with a game drive, many visitors enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo. Self-guided nature trails are also available. Bird watchers will enjoy the more than 250 species of birds found in Lake Mburo including; Papyrus Gonolek, African Fin foot, Brown-chested Plovers. Caruthers s Cisticola, the extraordinary White-winged Warbler and Bare- faced-Go-Away Bird. Dinner and Overnight at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp/Rwonyo Camp

 DAY 5: After breakfast, proceed for a game drive or a safari walk under the escort of an armed ranger. The Kopjes are particularly interesting and camouflage Klipspringers and Topis. Due to cattle herding in the area it is amusing to see Zebra grazing alongside the long horned Ankole Cattle peaceably. Return for lunch, which should be taken leisurely enjoying the view of the lakes in this park.Tanzania holidays Drive back to Kampala stopping at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers en route where you will able to watch the ceremonial drums being crafted using methods passed down through generations. There will also be time to stop at the equator for photographs. You arrive Kampala in the early evening.
